• Participation in the Coalition de l’assurance de dommages

• Participation in the Cirano Bourstad Competition

• Participation in Polytechnique's Polyfinance Initiative

• Involvement in ten university competitions annually

• Participation in training and mentoring initiatives for newcomers through the CCMM Interconnexion program

• Involvement in, and support of, various training courses developed with the needs of the industry in mind (e.g.: Technical training program in Blockchain at Cégep Bois-de-Boulogne)

• Organization of events focused on HR, talent and training

• Numerous collaborations with TechnoCompétences, TechnoMontréal, the Conseil Emploi Métropole and more.
