In support of the Senior Director of Talent, Sylvie's role is mainly to drive innovative operations and practices in strategic human resources management, aligned with best market practices as well as the organization's current objectives and challenges. Having at heart the sharing of knowledge, continuous learning and the well-being of others, she works to simplify the work life of each member of the organization.

Sylvie holds an MBA from UQAM with a specialization in labor and work innovations and has worked in the field of human resources as a generalist for more than 10 years, mainly within NPOs.

Sylvie spends her free time with her friends and family, cooking, walking outside and snowshoeing.
