Pauline accompanies and supports start-ups at the Montréal FinTech Station in their growth. Her role is to identify the needs and blind spots of start-ups and support them in their development.  

With her management skills and financial knowledge, she also participates in the development of the Montreal FinTech community through events and supports the ecosystem by offering her expertise and collaborating with other players in the sector. 

Pauline graduated from HEC Montréal with a trilingual Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in finance. 

A former gymnast, Pauline leads a double life and is also a coach in women's artistic gymnastics.
