Lysa Baumgartner is a jack of all trades when it comes to supporting her team at Finance Montreal. Whether it be building PowerPoints, data analysis, or conducting researches, Lysa can always be counted on to think ‘outside the box’ and use creative and strategic ideas to help problem solve and support her CFI team. 

Starting her career in accounting with a bachelor’s from Concordia University, it didn’t take Lysa long to discover that her true passion was in economic development. She has over eight years of experience in the field working for both private companies and government associations. 

Outside of work, Lysa can be found spending weekends with her two dogs and hiking and camping in the Adirondacks.
