Gaëtan Bourgoin works in the sustainable finance team as senior advisor, education and training program in sustainable finance. Holder of a bachelor's degree in business administration, with a specialization in international trade, and a graduate microprogram diploma in andragogy, Gaëtan has pursued his career between two passions: adult education, including skills development and assessment, and events.

Three distinct stages have marked Gaëtan's career: after obtaining his bachelor’s degree, he landed his first job at CIDA, to work on a financial systems overhaul project in Indonesia. Subsequently, he developed a real expertise as a business conferences producer before becoming a division manager in continuous and customized training.

Even though he is a staunch defender of the animal cause and a convinced vegetarian, one should not be afraid to invite him to dinner, because he is, above all else, a human being always respectful of everyone's choices.
